  With over 2 decades experience in the health and fitness business, I recognize that not everyone will be the type of person to hire a personal trainer and head to the gym 4 days a week.  However, you still have the same need and desire to make serious changes to your daily habits, including self-care, nutrition, movement, mindset, balancing life in the many ways it pulls you away from your goals. 

With this need ever present in our society, I developed a fantastic Health coach program to help you reach all of your health, fitness, weight loss, movement, mind, body and soul needs and goals.

Regardless of current health or physical fitness, let me help you get control of your everyday life, set reasonable goals, get re-motivated and gain the latest tools to help ensure success.

I can help you learn how to help yourself… regardless of where you are starting from today.

First, we sit down and chat.

Then, we set reasonable goals and a manageable timeline.

We set a plan with daily steps, weekly steps, monthly steps

Then we get a solid execution and I help you every step of the way.

We meet weekly, sometimes twice a week, sometimes every other week.   Everyone has different needs.

These goals and the steps to get there may not look like you think.  They may not be do 50 situps and 10 pushups a day.

They may involve walking around the block, setting up a massage, meditating 10 min a day, letting me help you organize your pantry and learn how to grocery shop.

The road we take will look different for each person.  However, the core base will not.   Everyone’s plan will revolve around

*Self-Care

*Breaking old habits and instilling new habits

* Positive affirmation

*Steps toward living life to its fullest

*Steps toward being and staying healthy, strong and mobile for years and years to come

*Finding your abilities and strengths in every aspect of your life!
